Hi, I’m Zuzana, your sewing guide

Years ago I created a version of the Cord Craft Academy in my home country, Czechia (or Czech Republic) making gifts for my family and friends, which grew into more than just a passion: I started teaching this technique in live and online classes and selling products online. I also love making Jelly-Roll Rugs, and if you do too, you might have heard of my JRR calculator, the JellyCalc. Along with JellyCalc, I created the english version of my cord tutorials and started teaching cord-sewing technique here, in the CCA.

For me, cord and rope are not only a material, but also a way to express my creativity and love for crafts. My products are carefully manufactured with an emphasis on quality and detail. I like to work with materials of different colors and thickness to create beautiful and functional products such as coasters, bags, baskets and much more. Each piece is unique to me and represents my passion and dedication to the craft of art.

I am a mother of two beautiful children, wife to the best man in the world and I also have lots of pets. But my secret ritual and source of joy in my hectic life is coffee, which gives me energy and inspiration.

Since 2016, I have been producing unique products from these materials.
